• All cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival are subjected to a 100% cancellation fee
• Non Refundable Rates do not allow changes or cancelations – full payment may be processed prior to arrival
• A 4X4 vehicle is required to reach the hotel – the well maintained mountain road is safe but very steep
